Onsite/Phone Total Protection Plan
For a yearly subscription CSR will provide both an Onsite & Phone Total Protection Package. Included is our in-home service twice per year. The in-home visits include 2 hours of computer care & teaching time. Any major issues beyond 2 hrs would require in-shop work & applicable rates ($80/hr). In home visits are normally capped at 2 hours beyond total maintenance package time. Your subscription also includes up to 6 hours of phone support per year for issues ranging from software/hardware issue. Our custom desktop pcs include on site setup.
